HYBRIDWORKS is one of the famous design studios in Japan. I love this web site and their Flash techniques. When you crick an icon or menu button, you would see nice flash effects and cute animations.

In this web site, I really surprised that when I crick a "Custom layout" which located bottom of right side, the site layout will changed. I have a no idea what type of Flash technique :(, but It is very fun and helpful for customers because everyone has likely layout or different environments, so I realized that layout is very important for media like a website, application, and so on. This website is one of cool sites, so I would like to find other coolest site next time.
