When you enter the sight, you first select what device you are going to create a skin for. Second, you have the option to chooses from their stock designs or create your own. When you click on the button to create your own, that is when the flash program launches. There, you have the option to upload your own designs and or photos. You can use shape from their catalog. If you chooses to add your text with their program you are limited by the amount of fonts you have to chooses from.

All in all, it's a neat program. The design is very clean and very easy to be self guided through your creation.
